Rafal Jablonka
Extensive business experience
Rafal Jablonka is an IT professional with 15 years of experience in IT managerial positions, both in commercial sector (telecomm, ERP systems and e-commerce) and government.
Prior to joining Architecting the Enterprise Ltd in summer 2006, he had been a Deputy CIO at the Polish Ministry of Finance, where he was responsible for architecture, IT strategy and project management.
He was probably the first Polish TOGAF 8 certified professional and is now certified in TOGAF 9. He is active in driving and developing the market for EA and TOGAF in Poland and the Eastern Europe Region. Rafal is currently working with, among others, several ministries and commercial enterprises on the introduction of EA and TOGAF approach to govern IT initiatives and activities.
