Andrzej Sobczak
Extensive business experience
Andrzej has worked as an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics since 2003 where he lectures on the following subjects; "Business Informatics", "Introduction to e-Government", "Object-Oriented Analysis and Design" and "Introduction to Enterprise Architecture". He also has extensive experience of working on projects for various government agencies within Poland. His most prominent post in this field has been for the Department of Informatics in the Ministry of Finances. Here, he was working on projects involving electronic data interchange, internet and extranet portals and the analysis of computer systems and information flow within the Ministry of Finances.
Education and Publications
Andrzej holds a M.Sc. in both Economics and Computer Science as well as a Doctorate in Economic Sciences. Andrzej has also participated in numerous research projects and, in the past two years he has published 2 books; as an author & co-author.
Professional Skills and Affiliations
Andrzej is a certified practitioner in TOGAF 8 and 9. He has knowledge of the PRINCE2 Methodology (basic level) and Rational Unified Process (upper level). He also has experience in object-oriented analysis and design with UML 2.0.
