Danny has more than 10 years of experience in the international arena of the Telecommunications industry and Enterprise Architecture Management. Whilst working for one of the largest global Telecommunications companies based in Germany, he held positions such as Project Manager, Partner Manager and Business Architecture Consultant.
Danny was responsible for partner contract negotiations, partner integration, solution architecture and business transformation, along with being involved with business, technology and application architecture using the reference model NGOSS of the Telemanagement Forum. Danny also developed and implemented a partner integration model and established a change management process for the partner management unit during his work on product development and partner integration projects.
Danny was part of several strategic enterprise architecture projects where he was involved in developing enterprise architecture for an All IP carrier and OSS/BSS models by using TOGAF, NGOSS and the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture style. Within these projects, he was responsible for the development of the business architecture of the Supply & Partner Management function which included Use Case design and process modelling. In addition, he developed a product modularization model based around SOA and using the concept of Customer Facing Services (CFS) and Resource Facing Services (RFS). Danny also developed a KPI model for all architecture dimensions including a new steering logic and a SOA Governance model. Technically, he has mainly been involved with the definition of business requirements for application architecture (business alignment) and the evaluation of EA and OSS/BSS applications for a new architecture landscape.
Danny is both TOGAF 8 and TOGAF 9 Certified and has a deep knowledge of the NGOSS reference model, the PMI methodology and ITIL.
Danny lives in Bonn, the gateway to the romantic Rhine valley, and studied International Business Administration at the European Business College in Jena, Germany. He speaks various languages besides German including English, Spanish and some Russian.
