Judith Jones It is not just what we train that is at the heart of what we offer, but also who we are. Many of us at Architecting the Enterprise; such as Judith Jones (our CEO-pictured right), Ed Harrington and Serge Thorn- have been key to the development of TOGAF over the years. This is why we take great care to teach and train with quality in mind. It is also why many organisations -including Fortune 500 companies- are loyal, satisfied customers.

Elevating Enterprise Architecture

Effective Communication and interpersonal tools...
...for framework implementation

Elevating Enterprise Architecture

Our Elevating Enterprise Architecture workshop is designed for a range of professionals wishing to develop their soft skills in order to function at a higher enterprise level within their chosen industry. More specifically, it is designed with the EA professional in-mind, so that they may understand how to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence them when making recommendations for change or implementation. However, other professionals who are connected to Enterprise Architecture can also benefit from the array of skills developed throughout this training.

Elevating Enterprise Architecture

Course content

This workshop is an "Institute of Leadership Management" (ILM)* endorsed training course. ILM are Europe's leading awarding body of Management & Leadership awards.

In order to qualify for ILM endorsement, delegates will be required to complete a tutor marked assignment based-on a Case Study example. As this is not a mandatory requirement please advise Architecting the Enterprise if you or your team wish to pursue this endorsement by indicating at the time of booking.

EA Personal Assessment

Our EEA products cover the subjects of leadership, communicating value propositions, the alignment of stakeholders and the key ingredient to effective leadership, emotional intelligence. We hold the view that the natural progression from this course is that the student is afforded the opportunity to understand more about who they are as a person. Participation in a MBTI consultation with a qualified MBTI practitioner provides the individual the ideal assessment to help them understand their natural strengths as a leader and how others may perceive them in a leadership role. Online Training

Online training enables students to learn when and where they want. The learning experience is supported by our interactive learning portal that ensures we support the changing needs of your time, wherever you may be.

Our online courses provide students the opportunity to embark on a journey of self-study.

Course Duration

Completion of the courses is based on approximately 12 to 24 hours of self-study.

In addition, students who opt for Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM*) endorsed certification would need to allocate additional time to complete the ILM tutor marked assignment which is based on a case study.

Testimonials

“Met my expectations. Parts of it seemed tailor made for my personal short comings. eg. communication skills, stakeholder management and influencing people.”
BP Architect, London, United Kingdom

“For me the SSFEA course provided substantial information and a much deeper understanding of the overall topic. It will be a great help in day to day work, not only in the area of Enterprise Architecture.”
Armin Kress, Sud-Chemie, Munich
