Extensive business experience 

More than twenty years of IT and Management Consultancy experience acquired by working on mission critical business change programmes for numerous well known private and public sector customers. Sonjoy possesses specific expertise in IS/IT strategy definition; development of web services oriented enterprise architectures, business process re-design; full lifecycle experience of bespoke solution delivery and COTS package selection and implementation. Sonjoy is TOGAF 8 certified and knowledgeable in several other methodologies and CASE tools, including Zachman, RUP/UML, Prince2, Information Engineering, SSADM and ITIL. He has experience of a broad range of technology platforms including J2EE, .NET, Oracle, Unix and middleware products.

Sonjoy is experienced in providing tailored training, mentoring and coaching to customer staff, to enable a customer to meet their self-sufficiency objectives. 

Education and diversity

Sonjoy holds a PhD in Robotics and Industrial Automation from Imperial College London. He enjoys playing, squash, badminton and tennis.
